Simon Iatrou, editor, FMJ, puts forward the fifth FMJ Debate…On The Agenda: “Can FM be innovative?”
An esteemed panel of experts will discuss whether FM has the tools and capability to be considered an innovative industry. With so much ‘lip service’ being paid to service delivery at the tender submission stage, in a multimillion pound industry, is ‘going the extra mile’ the only real barometer by which we can measure the true value of FM services? As an industry, how does FM begin to offer both something extra and something innovative in a tangible sense? And whose responsibility is it?
