As a Website Designer and Marketer, many people often ask me for recommendations for a cheap, reliable, Web Hosting package.
In truth I havn't used many different Web Hosts to make comparisons. This is because I have been always been happy with Hostgator , the first web hosting company I used and have been with since then.
When I first decided to look for Web Hosts I read several reviews Online and found that it was fairly unanimous that Hostgator was a reliable and cost effective solution that offered plenty of bandwidth for the money.
So I signed up and havn't looked back since. I have experienced virtually no downtime, support on the rare occasions required was swift and accurate, and reliability was great. Since the strength of the pound to the dollar has increased over recent years, the Hostgator service has become comparatively cheaper.
I use Hostgator's 'swamp' web hosting package at $12.95 / month. I have several websites but Bandwidth is unlimited so this works perfectly for me. The server is fast and reliable. However the 'baby' package is enough for almost anyone!
Because of the service I have received, I have no reservations about pointing you in the direction of Hostgator .
